Patricia Carberry
Patricia Carberry is a co-founder of my BillKeeper with over 30 years of financial and technology experience. She started her career at one of the largest public accounting firms and performed audit, tax, management and computer consulting services for brokerage, real estate and telecommunications companies. She was awarded a New York State CPA license in 1990. Patricia spent several years in the Corporate Policy and Advisory group of a leading global bank. She spent the last 22 years at a premier global auction house where she held the positions of Global Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President, Information Technologies.
Maureen McConnell
Maureen McConnell is a co-founder of my BillKeeper with 30 years of financial experience. She started her career at one of the largest public accounting firms working within their Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation division. She also spent several years at a major Wall Street firm managing the accounting for their employee pension plans. For the last 20 years, Maureen worked at a premier global financial services company holding several senior financial positions, most recently Executive Director, Benefits & Compensation Controller.
Eileen Spencer
Eileen Spencer joined my BillKeeper as a member in January, 2019. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 1990 Eileen became the Chief Operating Officer for a start-up fund of funds business, reporting directly to the CEO, and helped grow the firm to over $1 billion in assets under management. In 2009, Eileen assisted in the merger of that firm with a privately held fund sponsor and continues to oversee all operational and financial activities for the family-owned assets. In addition, from 2014 to January 2019, she was the CCO and COO for a private SEC-RIA where she was responsible for all regulatory filings and managed all operational and administrative functions.
